skull crushers (tri's) 2 X 20 10 pds
cable tri pulldowns 2 X 20 12.5 pds
lat pulldowns 2 X 20 15 pds
deltoid raises 2 X 20 10 pds
Flies on incline bench 2 X 20 10 pds
chest press/incline 2 X 20 20 pd bar
chest press/flat bench 2 X 20 20 pd bar
ABS/CORE
25 mins of ab/core work. lots of different things. not gonna list them all...
stetched 10 minutes. ahhh........
